You will be asked to register some information and then will be asked to select which salon location,( either San Francisco or Sonoma) You will then be able to select the service, date and time you would like. When submitted, you will receive an email confirming your desired appointment as well as a reminder email 3 days prior to your scheduled appointment date, there are no reminder appointment calls.

Please remember to fill out all of the information when being asked to register, especially a phone number (including area code) as well as email address where you can be easily reached.

  My call center is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. You may schedule your next appointment at any time. My assistant will ask you for registration information including your email address so we may confirm your appointment via email.

You will receive a courtesy reminder-email 72 hours prior to your appointment date. Emergencies excluded, the respect of 48 hours is appreciated should the need arise to cancel and reschedule your appointment, which may also be done as outlined above.
